Synopsis
Takuma est un jeune garçon souvent hospitalisé. Il est suivi par un cardiologue, qui a lui-même une fille, Mayu. Les deux enfants se lient d’amitié et nourrissent des sentiments l’un pour l’autre. Ils vont jusqu’à se promettre le mariage… malheureusement, le cardiologue annonce que le jeune garçon ne vivra pas, passé l’âge de 20 ans.
